Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the Ini ecosystem you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for the activity under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for providing accurate information.

Digital products (books, courses, reading experience) are licensed, not sold. Access is personal, non-transferable, and granted for the lifetime of your account unless terminated for breach. Payments are processed by Stripe; refunds within 14 days of purchase if you haven't unlocked more than 20% of the content.

Highlights, journal entries, voice reflections, and community posts remain yours. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display that content to operate the service. Public community posts are visible to other unlocked members.

Be kind. No harassment, hate speech, doxxing, spam, or sharing of proprietary content from the books outside the platform. We may remove content and suspend accounts for breaches.

AI Assistant outputs are generated by third-party models (Gemini / GPT via the Lovable AI Gateway). Outputs may be inaccurate; verify before relying on them for decisions. Don't submit sensitive personal data.

All Ini-authored books, courses, and original content are copyright Ini Global Systems. You may not redistribute, resell, or train models on this content without written permission.

You can close your account anytime by emailing hello@iniglobal.co. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with venue in Lagos. EU/UK consumer rights are unaffected.
