Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Ini Global Systems ("we", "us") operates the Ini ecosystem, including iniglobal.co, the AI Advantage Hub, LoveWithIni, and the digital reading experience for The Soul & the Machine. Contact: hello@iniglobal.co.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data — name, email, password hash, and OAuth identifiers when you sign up.
  • Profile data — display name, interests, role, intention (used for community matching).
  • Reading & journey data — chapter progress, highlights, bookmarks, journal entries, voice reflections, and AI-assistant outputs you save.
  • Commerce data — order metadata for books and entitlements. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.
  • Community content — threads, replies, and introductions you publish in gated rooms.
  • Inbound enquiries — contact-form and newsletter submissions.
  • Operational logs — IP, user agent, and analytics events used for security and product improvement.

3. How we use your data

To run your account, deliver the products you've bought, personalise community matches, improve the reader and AI assistant, send transactional and (with consent) marketing emails, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal bases (GDPR / NDPR)

Contract (account, purchases), legitimate interest (security, product analytics), consent (marketing emails, voice recordings), and legal obligation (tax, fraud).

5. Sub-processors we rely on

  • Supabase — database, authentication, file storage
  • Cloudflare — hosting and edge runtime
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Google — OAuth sign-in (optional)
  • Lovable AI Gateway (Gemini / GPT) — AI assistant responses

6. Retention

Account and reading data are kept for the life of your account. Voice reflections and AI outputs you delete from your journey are removed within 30 days. Order records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Logs are rotated within 90 days.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing hello@iniglobal.co. You can withdraw newsletter consent from any email's unsubscribe link.

8. Security

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, row-level security on every user table, and least-privilege server functions. No system is perfect — report suspected issues to hello@iniglobal.co.

9. International transfers

Data may be processed in the US, EU, and UK by our sub-processors under standard contractual clauses.

10. Children

The Ini ecosystem is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We'll post material changes here and email account holders before they take effect.
