Terms of Service

About these terms
These terms govern your use of IMTI. By creating an account, running an assessment, or making a payment, you agree to them. Please read them.
1. Who we are
IMTI is operated by Ini Macaulay (trading as AI Advantage Hub) ("we", "us", "our"), Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Contact: macaulayini@gmail.com, WhatsApp +234 902 735 4496.
2. What IMTI is
IMTI is an intelligence service that helps individuals and organisations understand how they appear publicly, where they may be exposed, and where AI can create value. It produces reports across layers — from a free public-signal assessment to paid security and AI-opportunity assessments, and a human-led transformation engagement.
What IMTI is not. IMTI produces intelligence based on publicly available signals and information you provide. It is not a penetration test, a security audit, an internal systems review, a legal or regulatory compliance assessment, financial advice, or legal advice. Reports include interpretation and AI-generated analysis, which are labelled as such. You should not treat a report as a guarantee, certification, or assurance of security, and you should exercise your own judgement before acting on it.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 16 or older to use IMTI. One account establishes one primary subject identity; you may run multiple assessments over time against that subject.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use IMTI to assess a person or organisation you have no legitimate reason to assess; attempt to access other users' accounts, reports, or data; interfere with, overload, or attempt to circumvent the security, rate limits, or abuse protections of the service; use the service unlawfully; or resell or redistribute reports as your own product without our permission.
5. Payments and pricing
Prices are shown before you pay and are set by us; they may change, but a change never affects an assessment you have already paid for. Payments are processed by Paystack. A successful payment creates an entitlement to the assessment you purchased. Each paid assessment produces one report; a new assessment requires a new payment, except under a subscription where applicable.
If something fails on our side — for example, your payment succeeds but the report fails to generate — you will not be charged again; your entitlement remains valid and you can retry, and we aim to alert ourselves to such failures so we can help.
6. Refunds
Our refund policy is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Your content and our intelligence
You keep ownership of the information you provide. You grant us the licence necessary to process it to deliver the service and, on the basis described in our Privacy Policy, to improve IMTI using de-identified and/or aggregated information.
Our methodology, frameworks, scoring, software, report formats, and the intelligence systems behind IMTI are our property. Your report is provided for your own use; the underlying methodology and system remain ours.
8. Availability
We work to keep IMTI available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a report. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid assessment is limited to the amount you paid for that assessment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Termination
You may stop using IMTI and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service abusively. If your access ends, your historical reports and records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy — we do not casually delete your intelligence.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, you will be asked to agree again. The version you agreed to is recorded with your consent.
