About this policy

This policy explains what information we collect when you use IMTI, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We have written it to be read, not to hide behind. If anything here is unclear, contact us — details are at the end.

1. Who we are

IMTI is operated by Ini Macaulay (trading as AI Advantage Hub) ("we", "us", "our"), based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. We are the party responsible for the personal information you provide through IMTI.

For any privacy question or request, contact us at macaulayini@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +234 902 735 4496.

2. What this covers

This policy covers the IMTI self-serve intelligence application at inimacaulay.com/imti — creating an account, establishing a subject, running assessments, and receiving and storing reports. It does not cover unrelated third-party websites we may link to.

3. The information we collect

Information you give us:

• Your name and email address.

• Details about the subject you are assessing — for an individual, their name; for an organisation, its name, sector, size and website.

• A website address, brand name, and social media handles or profile links you choose to provide.

• Information you self-report during an assessment (for example, answers about your security practices or tools).

• Your communication and reading preferences.

Information we collect automatically:

• A device identifier and limited technical information used to prevent abuse and protect against fraud.

• Basic usage events within the app (for example, that a report was generated or viewed), used to operate and improve the service.

Information we gather from public sources:

• As part of an assessment, IMTI examines publicly available signals — such as your website's public technical configuration, publicly visible search and social presence, and other openly available information — to produce your report. IMTI works only from publicly available information and what you tell us. IMTI does not perform intrusive testing, does not attempt to access private systems, and does not conduct a penetration test, internal audit, or legal-compliance assessment.

Payment information:

• Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not collect or store your full card details; those are handled directly by Paystack.

4. The lawful basis and why we use it

We process your information under the Nigeria Data Protection Act / NDPR on the basis of your consent (which you give when you agree to this policy before providing your details and before payment) and our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the service, and to perform the service you request. We use your information to:

• Create and manage your IMTI account and establish your subject.

• Run the assessment you request and produce your report.

• Store your reports permanently in your account so you can return to them.

• Send you transactional messages (account and login details, payment confirmations, report-ready notifications, and important service or security notices).

• Send you optional product and marketing messages only if you opt in — you can opt out at any time, and this never affects essential transactional messages.

• Protect the service against abuse and fraud.

• Improve our methodology and the quality of our intelligence (see section 6).

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run IMTI, who process it on our instructions:

• Paystack — to process payments.

• Resend — to send you email.

• Supabase — to securely store your account and reports.

• Cloudflare — to host and protect the service.

• Our AI processing providers (for example, model and search providers accessed through OpenRouter) — to generate your report from the information described above.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.

6. Using data to improve IMTI

We may use information generated through assessments to improve our methodology, benchmarks and models. Where we do this, we use de-identified and/or aggregated information — that is, information that does not identify you or your subject — except where you have given specific consent otherwise. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your confidential personal details to train systems in a way that would expose them to others. This reflects our principle that customer value and trust must never be sacrificed to acquire data.

7. How long we keep it

Your reports and account are kept as permanent assets in your account so you can return to them, unless you ask us to delete them or close your account. We keep transaction and payment records for as long as the law requires. When you request deletion, we remove your personal information except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

8. Your rights

Under the NDPR you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to request its deletion, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these, contact us at macaulayini@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

9. Security

We protect your information with access controls, encryption in transit, row-level data isolation so accounts cannot see each other's data, and safeguards against abuse. No system is ever completely secure, and we do not claim it is — but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information.

10. Age

IMTI is intended for people aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, please do not use IMTI or provide personal information. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 16 without appropriate consent, we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, ask you to agree again. The version you agreed to is recorded with your consent.
