Question 1

How is IMTI different from a standard management consultancy?

Accepted Answer

Traditional consultancy typically begins with assumptions, frameworks applied to organisations that consultants have not yet fully understood. IMTI begins with evidence. We measure your four organisational realities before drawing a single conclusion. Every recommendation is traceable to specific evidence from inside your organisation. The result is a transformation roadmap built for your reality, not a generic best practice applied to your situation.

Question 2

How long does an engagement take?

Accepted Answer

The initial assessment engagement runs 14 days from evidence collection to Executive Review. The Client Portal remains active for your organisation's ongoing transformation journey. Reassessments are conducted every four months to measure progress and update your Transformation Playbook.

Question 3

Who participates in the assessment?

Accepted Answer

IMTI requires engagement at multiple levels, not just the executive suite. Executive interviews, leadership interviews, employee surveys, and department-level input are all part of the evidence collection process. The assessment is designed to be minimally disruptive to daily operations whilst capturing the reality that only emerges from multiple levels of the organisation.

Question 4

What size of organisation is IMTI designed for?

Accepted Answer

IMTI Version 1 is designed for corporate organisations, typically from 50 to several thousand employees. The methodology scales. The 14 Intelligence Pillars and 4 Organisational Realities are relevant at any size. The depth of evidence collection adjusts to the organisation's scale.

Question 5

Is the client portal secure?

Accepted Answer

Your organisation receives a dedicated workspace at company.im.inimacaulay.com. No other organisation can access your data. All evidence, recommendations, and reports are scoped exclusively to your engagement. Security architecture is maintained to enterprise standards.

Question 6

What happens after the initial assessment?

Accepted Answer

Your Client Portal remains active. Your Transformation Playbook is your operating system for execution. Four-month reassessments measure progress and update priorities. Every reassessment adds to your organisation's transformation history, so you are always moving forward from knowledge, never from zero.
